WEIGHTED LUNGES 

10 Sets of 16 Reps (steps)  

  • Go up in weight each set. 
  • Use loaded barbell 

Rest as needed in between sets.

Run 

2 rounds 

  • Run 30 seconds - Rest 30 Second x 10 
  • Rest 4 minutes between rounds 
  • Goals: Recruit = >100m per 30 sec. Est. = >120m per 30 sec. Comp. = >135m per 30 sec. 

Lastly, MENTAL TOUGHNESS WORK: 

Hold the front leaning rest as long as possible (compare to last week!!)
